Case study · Granola Kitchen · Handmade food producer
A good shop, built quickly, and looked after
What was happening
Granola Kitchen makes soft-baked granola by hand and sold it at markets, food festivals and farm shops. Customers had nowhere to find it between market days.
What Philip saw
No puzzle to solve. Just build it well.
The product, the audience and the need were all clear. The right answer was a good online shop, built quickly, that they could run themselves.
What we did
softgranola.co.uk, a WordPress and WooCommerce shop they manage themselves, followed by years of simple campaigns: first-order offers, bulk-buy discounts, stockist promotions and a referral scheme.
What happened
Regular online sales that wouldn’t otherwise happen, so customers can keep buying between markets as the business grows.
More of the work
Different businesses. Different starting points.
Addington Palace
A Grade II* listed palace outside London, from around 100 website visits a month to more than 8,000, and eight weddings booked in a quarter that had none the year before.
Wonderland Wedding Venues
Six tipi wedding venues brought together into one website before a big rise in ad spend. Now around 30 wedding bookings a month, and three more venues since.
Incredibble
A strategy day that gave a fast-growing talent business the words it had been missing, and the brief for its new website.
